Cancellation and Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund, cancellation should be received in writing,  or may be emailed at platinumhealthcare@cox.net , faxed at 619-270-9982 or mailed by regular post. A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from your tuition. Cancellations received two (2) days, before the scheduled class will be given 80% of their tuition. Students who are 15 or more minutes late on the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund and will not be accepted in the class. Registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in advance are responsible for full tuition and will not receive any refund.  On the rare instance that class will be cancelled, full refund will be provided to the registrants or could be used on the next class scheduled.
